As Associate professor of Civil Procedure and Director of the Centre for Mediation and ADR at the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, she will support the Institute of the Foundations of Law of the University of Graz in the department of Appropriate Dispute Resolution and Mediation as a guest researcher for the next six months. In collaboration with Univ.-Prof. Mag. Dr. Sascha Ferz, Tetiana Tsuvina will work on the topic "Recognition of agreements resulting from mediation: EU perspective and proposals for Ukraine”, as well as look into the current situation of court mediation and conciliation. Furthermore, she will conduct activities around the Erasmus+ project CRIMHUM (Modernisation of master programmes for future judges, prosecutors, investigators with respect to European standard on human rights) together with the Institute of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law and Criminology at our university.
