Moot Court Zivilrecht: Graz brilliert in Salzburg

Zivilrecht Moot Court Verhandlung

Studierende unserer Fakultät erringen im Bundesfinale nicht nur den 2. Platz, sondern erhalten auch den Preis für den besten Schriftsatz

Das Team unserer Fakultät, das sind Lennard Ganster, Clemens Gießauf und Maximilian Stadler, präsentierte sich im Bundesfinale des Franz von Zeiller-Moot Court aus Zivilrecht 2024 am 7. Juni 2024 in Salzburg mit einer in allen Belangen brillanten Leistung. Auch der prominent besetzte Richter*innensenat, bestehend aus OGH-Präsident Georg Kodek, RA Madeleine Danner und Andreas Kletečka (Universität Salzburg), zeigte sich tief beeindruckt und würdigte den fulminanten Auftritt des Grazer Teams nicht nur mit dem hervorragenden 2. Platz, sondern verlieh dem Grazer Team zusätzlich auch den Sonderpreis für den besten Schriftsatz.

Das Grazer Team wurde auf anwaltlicher Seite von Lukas Andrieu, ScherbaumSeebacher Rechtsanwälte, betreut. Akademische Betreuer*innen waren Herbert Painsi (Hofrat des OGH/Lehrbeauftragter Uni Graz), RA Ruth Ladeck, Cortolezis Rechtsanwälte, und Ulfried Terlitza.

Die Fakultät gratuliert Studierenden wie Betreuer*innen gleichermaßen zu diesem schönen Erfolg!
