Anna Rieder, Präsidentin des Vereins Jugend am Werk Steiermark und u.a. ehemalige Soziallandesrätin, erhielt Goldenes Doktordiplom

Am 29. Juni durfte die Rechtswissenschaftliche Fakultät die Leistungen einer Absolventin, die vor 50 Jahren das Doktoratsstudium der Rechtswissenschaften abschloss, besonders würdigen: REWI-Dekan Univ.-Prof. Dr. Stefan Storr überreichte Dr. Anna Rieder das Goldene Doktordiplom der Universität Graz und zeichnete sie damit in besonderer Weise für ihr hervorragendes berufliches Wirken aus. So war sie u.a. eine der ersten Bezirkshauptfrauen (von 1991 bis 1994 in Leoben), Landesrätin für Soziales (1996 bis 2000) oder 2. Präsidentin des Landtags in der Steiermark (2000 bis 2005). Seit 2009 ist Dr. Rieder darüber hinaus Präsidentin des Vereins Jugend am Werk Steiermark.

Die Rechtswissenschaftliche Fakultät gratuliert sehr herzlich!
