Verleihung des Linda-Rauter-Preises

Die diesjährige Verleihung des Linda Rauter Preises fand am 25. Juni 2025, von 15:30 – 18:00 Uhr, im SZ 15.21 (Resowi/A3) statt.

2025 wurde der Linda Rauter Preis gleich an sechs junge Jurist:innen für ihre hervorragenden Diplomarbeiten vergeben:

1. Mag. Matthias Brunner
Die Anforderungen an die Zivilrechtsfrage als Zulässigkeitsvoraussetzung vor dem österreichischen OGH und dem schweizerischen Bundesgericht

2. Mag. Lukas Eppich
Der nachträgliche Nachbar im Nachbarrecht – eine rechtsvergleichende Untersuchung zwischen Österreich und Deutschland

3. Mag. Karoline Kletzmayr
 Disclosure of Evidence under Directive 2014/104/EU

4. Mag. Vanessa Nistelberger
Zwischen Toleranz und Diskriminierung im Dialog: Die Umsetzung des Art 6 des Rahmenübereinkommens zum Schutz nationaler Minderheiten im Ländervergleich Dänemark, Schweden und Niederlande

5. Mag. Martin Spielhofer
