The UNI-ETC organises a talk on the human rights situation in Haiti, which is experiencing an almost complete breakdown of its authorities. We are honored to welcome William O'Neill, UN expert on human rights in Haiti, for a discussion on the protection of human rights and the restoration of peace in a country at the mercy of criminal gangs. The talk will be moderated by Bernadette Holzer from Empowerment for Peace (NGO).
