Papers may be submitted from all areas of legal studies and related fields, provided they relate to Austrian and/or European law. Papers must be academically sound and original, and must present new findings. When submitting a paper, please follow the checklist and guidelines and use the template provided.
Submitted contributions are subject to a double-blind peer review process.
Following successful publication on the ALJ website, the articles will also be available in legal databases such as RDB.at, Lexis 360, RIDAonline, VERLAG ÖSTERREICH, unipub and eLIBRARY.
