Pranav Ganesan is a PhD candidate at the University of Zurich, and a researcher at the Climate Rights and Remedies Project co-founded by Prof Dr (iur) Helen Keller and Dr Corina Heri which researches anthropogenic climate change and the ways in which the law, and specifically human rights law, can respond to it. His PhD thesis concerns the adjudication of environmental cases by regional human rights courts.
