Registration for the Master´s programme
For the academic year 2026/27, you can enrol in the Master’s programme during the regular enrolment periods.
Admission requirements:
Not all degrees are suitable for admission. Which ones qualify?
Bachelor’s programme: Law, Business and Society in the Digital Age
Diploma programme: Law (Jus)
Another degree (in Austria or abroad) comprising at least 180 ECTS credits, of which at least 60 ECTS credits must be from the following fields of law:
Civil law
Public law
Civil procedure law
European law
Criminal law or
Corporate law
Have you completed fewer than 60 ECTS credits in legal subjects during your studies?
You can still enrol, but you will need to complete additional coursework in legal subjects amounting to 30 ECTS credits.
How to apply:
You can apply for the Master’s programme twice a year: for the winter semester from 6 July to 30 November 2026 and for the summer semester from 11 January to 31 May 2027, in each case via the University of Graz application tool.
Once you have uploaded all required documents, you can download the “Application for Enrolment” from the self-service view under “My Applications”.
Please check your details carefully, sign the application (using a mobile signature or by hand), and send it by email to studienabteilung(at)uni-graz.at.
As soon as the signed “Application for Enrolment” has been received by the University, you are officially enrolled. You then only need to pay the Students’ Union fee and/or tuition fee and you are ready to begin. Welcome to REWI, University of Graz!
