Participation is free of charge for full-time students providing official proof of their student status.
The conference will feature keynote presentations and panel discussions on the following topics:
Data regarding circumstances relevant to tax law is generally covered by the fundamental right to privacy. At the same time, there may be a public interest in disclosing such data to other law enforcement agencies or even to the general public. The tension between tax confidentiality and this public interest in the disclosure of information under the Freedom of Information Act or even for the purposes of criminal justice has become a current issue. This conference will explore this topic.
True to form, the keynote presentations will be followed by panel discussions featuring representatives from the fields of law, jurisdiction, administration, and legal counseling.
We look forward to an inspiring conference!
