Submission Guidelines

The Graz Law Working Paper Series focuses on legal scholarship in all subject areas, including public law, private law as well as comparative law and interdisciplinary research. All faculty members of the Graz Law Faculty (Rewi Graz), its doctoral students and visiting scholars are invited to submit working papers to the series. Research reports from one of the Faculty’s many projects can also be submitted, as can papers presented at academic conferences hosted at Rewi Graz. Papers may be submitted in English or German, and can follow any consistent style of citation. The series contains working papers, ie pre-prints that have not yet been published in a journal or edited volume. The papers are published electronically and are freely available online.
