Dear Faculty Members,

Ladies and Gentlemen

we are pleased to invite you to the 5th ClimLaw Roundtable next Wednesday, 03.05.2023 at 12.30 (seminar room 15.34 RESOWI).

We welcome Assistant Professor Matteo Fermeglia (Hasselt University, Belgium and Università degli Studi di Udine, Italy) who will be speaking on the "Latest Developments and International Trends in Climate Litigation" providing an overview of the most recent advancements in climate litigation and taking a closer look at some correlations between climate litigation and human rights. Asst. Prof. Fermeglia is known for his extensive research in the field of International and European Environmental Law and has published on topics relating to energy security, air pollution and EU Environmental Policy and Legislation.  

The event is organised by the Research Centre for Climate Protection Law (ClimLaw: Graz).
